We want the Career Relevance Score to be a useful, practical starting point—not a mystery at checkout.
The short version
If you purchased a Career Relevance Score and would like a refund, send us a request within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Each request is reviewed by the founder; submitting a request does not create an automatic refund.
The 7-day window is for requesting a refund review for a purchased Career Relevance Score. To help us find the order, we ask for the purchaser name and email, an order reference if available, the purchase date if known, and a short reason. Please do not include your résumé, LinkedIn information, report content, or other career materials in the request.
After 7 calendar days, completed personalized diagnostic purchases are final. That does not change our responsibility to help resolve a delivery, access, duplicate-charge, or technical problem.
Career Relevance provides an AI-assisted career diagnostic and practical positioning guidance. It does not promise employment, interviews, salary outcomes, or any specific job-search result.
