These terms explain how MarketSignal works and what you can expect when using the service.
What MarketSignal provides
MarketSignal is an AI-assisted career diagnostic provided by Elyard Ventures LLC. It analyzes the information you choose to submit and offers practical career-positioning guidance. It is not a job-placement, recruiting, or employment service. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or any other job-search outcome.
Career Relevance Score purchase
The Career Relevance Score is $29 and includes one assessment for one target role. It also includes one free Progress Recheck for that same target role when completed within 30 calendar days of the completed baseline assessment. A different target role requires a new assessment.
Refund requests remain subject to the existing 7-day refund-review policy. A request is reviewed; it is not an automatic refund. Read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
Your submissions
You are responsible for submitting accurate, current information and for keeping your account credentials private. Submit only your own personal and career information. Do not submit another person's résumé, LinkedIn information, employment history, job-search materials, or other personal data without their permission.
Shareable scorecards
MarketSignal shareable scorecards are designed to create a high-level view of your diagnostic without exposing your private materials. They exclude your name, résumé content, employment history, and job descriptions. You choose whether to share a scorecard.
Limits of responsibility
MarketSignal provides guidance based on the information available to it, not professional legal, financial, medical, or employment advice. Hiring decisions are made by employers and can involve factors outside this service. To the extent permitted by law, Elyard Ventures LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MarketSignal. If we are found responsible for a claim related to a paid diagnostic, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the affected diagnostic.
